“We know people have concerns, especially in this economy, that make them hesitant to book a vacation,” said Steve Butchart, Vice President of Sunquest. “To address this, we are introducing this limited time promotion where for just $49 they have the ability to confirm their vacation without making a deposit, to cancel their vacation should the need arise, and to get the lower price if the cost of their package goes down prior to applying final payment to the file.”

What’s more, as an added bonus, those customers flying out of Toronto and Vancouver, will also receive complimentary access to the Plaza Premium lounges located there, where they can enjoy hot and cold buffet, bar, magazines & newspapers, washroom facilities, internet access, and more. A value of $35 per person.

Applicable on all new bookings made now until Oct. 15, 2009, for departures between Aug. 18, 2009 and Apr. 30, 2010, this promotion is available on all Sunquest Southern Sun package vacations.

The cost is just $49 per person (taxes in, non-refundable, adult or child) regardless of the duration of the vacation, and must be selected at the time of booking.

Other than the $49 per person fee required to opt-in to this promotion, no other deposit is required to confirm a reservation

NO cancellation fees!(xx)

If you cancel at any time, for any reason, the following conditions will apply:

• Cancellations outside 45 days prior to the scheduled departure is permitted without charge;
• Cancellations inside 44 days and up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure are also allowed and clients will be credited in the form of a Future Travel Voucher;
• Cancellations inside 24 hours prior to scheduled departure will be assessed at the standard charge as stated in the current Sunquest Southern Sun brochure
• Taxes and transportation-related fees will also be credited in the Future Travel Voucher.

Future Travel Vouchers can be redeemed on all Sunquest and ALBATours charter product. No black-out dates apply. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value and there are no credits issued for unused portions. They must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

NO worries if prices fall!(xxx)

Should the package price be reduced at any time outside 45 days prior to departure, a price reduction request can be made if the advertised reduced price is for the identical package that was originally booked (same departure date, same flight, same hotel and same room category). Sunquest will not price match a competitor’s advertised reduced price for the identical package as part of this promotion.

The Sunquest website – will dictate the correct and current prices of a vacation package if a price reduction request is made. Price reduction requests must be made on the same day that the reduced price is advertised on the Sunquest sites and the space must be available.

Once a price reduction request is permitted and the booking is reduced, the file is subject to the standard deposit requirements at that time as stated in the brochure.

Only one price reduction request is permitted per booking in conjunction with this promotion.

The NO NO NO Promo does not apply to any Sunquest Groups or cruise bookings.
