Looking for a unique way to spend Valentine’s Day? Consider a trip to the Halton Region Museum in Kelso Conservation Area. On Sunday, February 14, 2010, from 2 to 4 p.m. – the Vickie Van Dyke Trio takes the stage for Valentine’s Day.
“Jazz at the Museum continues to attract music lovers from across the region,” said Halton Regional Chair Gary Carr. “This successful Halton Museum Foundation series offers a classy way to spend a special afternoon at an affordable price.”
Held in Halton Region Museum’s Hearth Room, the Jazz series is a fundraising event for the Foundation in support of the Museum’s capital renovation campaign. On February 14th, the Hearth Room will be decorated specially to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and door prizes (one night stay plus breakfast for two at the Best Western Milton Inn) are also on offer.

“Vickie’s wit, her versatile voice and diverse repertoire will be sure to create an unforgettably entertaining afternoon,” said Steve Baker, Museum Foundation Chairman and Jazz Series spokesperson.
