Georgetown Drug Seizure

On December 2nd, 2011 members of the Halton Regional Police Service Guns & Gang Unit acting on information received from One District Uniform Patrol executed a search warrant at a Park Ave, Georgetown residence

The early morning entry and search resulted in the seizure of a quantity of illegal controlled substances consisting of marihuana and cocaine, prescription drugs, a weapon and stolen property.

Charged are:

Female 26 yrs of Georgetown

• Fraud Under $5000
• Possession of a Controlled Substance (4 counts)
• Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (3 counts)
• Produce a Controlled Substance
• Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
• Possession of Property obtained by Crime
• Failure to comply with Probation Order

Male 30 yrs of Georgetown

• Possession of a Controlled Substance (4 counts)
• Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (3 counts)
• Produce a Controlled Substance
• Possession of a Prohibited Weapon
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

Both will appear in Milton Provincial Court Criminal Division December 2nd, 2011.
