On November 8, 2011 at 11:47 p.m., Halton Regional Police responded to a suspicious person complaint from one of the residents of 2004 Glenada Crescent, Oakville.

The initial call to police was with respect to a suspicious male and what appeared to be sounds of a man and woman having sexual relations. When the resident went to investigate the matter further they discovered that the sounds were coming through a small window that overlooks the ground level of the backyard.

The resident observed a male standing on the back deck of the neighbouring unit.

The male was dressed in all dark clothing with a dark grey hoodie pulled up over his head. Once confronted, he fled on foot.

On May 16, 2011, a similar suspicious person report was made for the same complex in which the same noises were heard.

Police continue to actively investigate these matters and are urging homeowners to contact them with any relevant information or similar acts that may have not yet been reported.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective John Mans, Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ×2276, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), through the web or by texting “Tip201” with your message to 274637(crimes).
