
The Halton Regional Police Service is investigating an incident where a man tried to order a young boy into his vehicle, in Acton.
On April 29th, shortly after 3:30 pm a 12 year old Acton boy was delivering newspapers on Mill Street West in Acton. As the boy was riding his bicycle a man in silver, 4 door vehicle, pulled up beside him and ordered him to get in his car.
The paper boy did not stop or talk to the man but instead rode home to tell his parents. Police checked the area for the individual but were unable to locate him.
The man in the car is described as, male, white, 5’8” to 6” tall, short white hair, he wore a red t-shirt. The vehicle is possibly a 2006 to 2009 model year, 4 door and silver in colour with an Ontario licence plate.
