Town Hires Experienced Town Clerk

The Town of Halton Hills is pleased to announce that it has hired Mr. Bill Roberts for the position of Town Clerk for a two-year period commencing on May 4, 2009.

Mr. Roberts brings over 25 years of experience with the Town of Hanover and the Town of Milton. His main responsibilities will be to lead the 2010 election process which begins immediately and to mentor staff in the Clerks Section due to the staff turnover during the last year.

Ms. Debbie Edmonds will resume her position as Deputy Clerk and Manager of Standards and Licensing during the two-year period.
